- Be returned within the specified return period
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 5 Days of receiving their order.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

7. Return Shipping Costs

- Nocap Store will bear the return shipping cost
Customer preference (change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer):
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
Shipping charges paid during the original order may not be refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
